Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases. Refunds are processed through Paddle according to their consumer terms and applicable law.
Refunds are available only before the course starts and only for early enrollment purchases made before April 20, 2026. The refund window is:
Once the course opens and access is available, refunds are not offered because the digital service has been provided, except where required by law or where Paddle approves a refund.
EU/UK customers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content unless they consent to immediate access and acknowledge that the right is lost once access begins. Any such consent is handled during checkout by Paddle where applicable.
