These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital education content provided by La Loren Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing our course(s), you agree to these Terms.
You receive access to the course via the Thinkific platform. The course launches on April 20, 2026. Access lasts for two (2) months from the later of: (a) April 20, 2026, or (b) your purchase date.
We may release an introductory lesson earlier to explain required materials and tools. This early access does not change the full course start date.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's checkout terms and consumer terms in addition to these Terms.
All content (videos, text, images, and materials) is owned by La Loren Academy or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course for personal use only. Redistribution, recording, or resale is prohibited.
You agree not to share login credentials, upload unauthorized content, or attempt to bypass access restrictions. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Paddle may also process refunds in line with their consumer terms and applicable law.
The course is educational in nature. Results depend on individual effort and practice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Serbia.
